1. Return Window
You have 3 days from the date of delivery to return items. Please ensure that the return request is initiated within this timeframe to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
Unworn and Unwashed: Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and free from any stains or damage.
Original Tags: Items must have all original tags and labels attached.
Proof of Purchase: Include a receipt or order confirmation email with your return.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
Swimwear
Underwear
Custom or personalized items
4. Return Process
Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at rootsbrandflorida.com or use the return request form available on our website.
Return Authorization: You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions for returning your items.
Prepare Your Package: Pack the items securely in their original packaging, include the RA# and proof of purchase, and send them to the address provided by our customer service team. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure the return is received.
Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items).
5. Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this when initiating your return. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
